In her first full week sales, Adele stays at number three with “Skyfall” in her second week in the top 10 (9240 sales, +10%). Asaf Avidan & The Mojos get their peak position this week, as “One Day / Reckoning Song” is up three places at number four in its fourth week in the top 10 (7551 sales).
Number one three weeks ago, C2C‘s “Down The Road” falls three at number five in its sixth week in the top 10 (7397 sales, -26%). In its eighth week in the top 10, “She Wolf (Falling To Pieces)” climbs two places at six for David Guetta featuring Sia and registers its best-sales week (6953 sales, +25%).
“Pursuit Of Happiness” is down one at seven for Kid Cudi featuring MGMT and Ratatat in its seventh week in the top 10. Carly Rae Jepsen falls three places at eight with “Call Me Maybe” in her 25th week in the top 10 (5074 sales, -16%).
Alex Clare gets his highest charting position, as “Too Close” is up one place at number nine in its second week in the top 10. “Good Time” falls one at number ten in its sixth week in the top 10 for Owl City and Carly Rae Jepsen.
In its 14th week in the top 10, “M’En Aller” is up six places at number 12 for Canardo featuring Tal (3351 sales). BB Brunes are back up four at 13 with “Coups Et Blessures” in their 16th week in the top 10.
Emmanuel Moire gets the highest new entry of the week at 21 with “Sois Tranquille”. Emmanuel Moire is a contestant on the TV show “Danse Avec Les Stars”, and he danced on his own song which is about his brother who passed away in January 2009. That show was broadcast last Saturday, and with only one day of sales after the show, “Sois Tranquille” sold 2487 copies. Will it be his fifth top hit, after “Etre A La Hauteur” (number nine in December 2004), “Je Fais De Toi Mon Essentiel” (number three in April and May 2005), “Le Sourire” (number seven in December 2006), and “Adulte & Sexy” (number nine in May 2009) ? Place your bets.
In her 17th week in the chart, Birdy is up two at number 24 with “People Help The People”, she’s also back up two at 25 with “Skinny Love”. Axel Tony is still climbing up the chart, as “Avec Toi” is up a massive 18 places at number 26 in its fifth week in the chart. “Balader” climbs nine at 27 for Sexion D’Assaut in its 20th week in the top 200.
Ellie Goulding‘s “Lights” climbs three at 29 in its 11th week in the chart. “One More Night” is up eight places at 30 for Maroon 5 in its ninth week in the top 200. Crystal Fighters are up nine at number 31 with “Follow” in their fourth week in the chart. “On Se Fout De Nous” gets its peak position, as Shy’m is up five places at 32 in her eighth week in the top 200.
“Turn Up The Love” is new in the top 40, as it climbs 11 places at 38 for Far*East Movement featuring Cover Drive in its sixth week in the chart. “On Donne Ça” is up 27 places at 39 for Zifou featuring Léa Castel in its second week in the top 200.
“Anti Hero (Le Saut De L’Ange)” climbs a massive 58 places at number 41 for Marlon Roudette featuring Lala Joy in its third week in the top 200. Marlon Roudette reached number 14 in January and February with “New Age”.
“Doom And Gloom” is a new entry at number 44 for The Rolling Stones. They only had one top 20 hit, with “Plundered My Soul” which was number 15 in April 2010. You have to know that the French singles chart was only created in November 1984.
