There is no change at the top of the French singles chart, as Adele spends a second week at number one with “Skyfall” in her sixth week in the top 10 (24,186 sales / -11%). She has sold 4,163 physical copies (-8%) and 20,023 downloads (-12%). PSY‘s “Gangnam Style” is still at two but with higher sales figures in its seventh week in the top 10 (18,049 sales / +50%).
Asaf Avidan & The Mojos don’t move at three with “One Day / Reckoning Song” in their eighth week in the top 10 (11,067 sales / +3%). In her seventh week in the top 10, Rihanna stays at number four with “Diamonds” (10,415 sales / +9%). Good news : it’s the first time since the week ending 19th February that the four best-selling songs have all sold more than 10,000 copies. At that time, Michel Teló spent his fourth week at the top with “Ai Se Eu Te Pego” (21,038 sales), Whitney Houston was up nine at number two with “I Will Always Love You” (14,078 sales), “Je L’Aime A Mourir” was down a place at three for Shakira (13,275 sales), and Irma was up one at number four with “I Know” (10,167 sales).
There is no move at five for David Guetta featuring Sia with “She Wolf (Falling To Pieces)” in their 12th week in the top 10 (6,290 sales / -2%). C2C‘s “Down The Road” is still at number six in its 10th week in the top 10. In its ninth week on the chart, “Avec Toi” climbs nine places at seven for Axel Tony featuring Tunisiano (4,334 sales).
In its 19th (!) week in the top 200, “Parler A Mon Père” is the 16th top 10 hit for Céline Dion, as it’s up 16 places at number eight (4,104 sales / +78%). It’s her first top 10 hit since… November 2007 when “Taking Chances” reached number seven. “One More Night” stays at nine for Maroon 5 in its second week in the top 10 (3,784 sales / -2%). “Girl On Fire” is up two places at ten for Alicia Keys featuring Nicki Minaj in its 10th week on the chart (3,776 sales / +9%), it’s the fourth top 10 hit for Alicia Keys, and the fifth for Nicki Minaj.
Three songs drop out of the top 10 this week. After three weeks in the top 10, “Coups Et Blessures” falls four at number 11 for BB Brunes. Flo Rida‘s “I Cry” slips seven places at 17, the song spent two weeks in the top 10. After five weeks in the top 10, “We Are Young” is down 12 at number 20 for fun. featuring Janelle Monáe.
It’s a very good week for Emeli Sandé, as “Read All About It (Pt. III)” climbs six places at 12 in its 11th week in the top 200 (3,504 sales / +18%). Robbie Williams gets his ninth top 20 hit with “Candy” which is up a massive 36 places at 14 in its eighth week on the chart (3,322 sales / +130%), his highest charting song in France is “Feel”, number six in February 2003.
Bastian Baker goes up 24 places at number 23 with “Hallelujah” in his third week on the chart (2,526 sales). In its sixth week in the top 200, “Locked Out Of Heaven” climbs seven at 26 for Bruno Mars, it’s his sixth top 30 hit. M is up 27 places at 30 with “Mojo” in his 10th week in the top 200, the song is his second top 30 hit, after “La Seine” (with Vanessa Paradis) which was number nine in October 2011.
As you could watch it on French TV channel two weeks ago, the song “Chanson Sur Une Drôle De Vie” sung by Géraldine Nakache & Leïla Bekhti from the movie “Tout Ce Qui Brille” is up a massive 100 places at number 31 in its 34th week on the chart (1,921 sales), it reached number six in May 2010. As a consequence of their tour in France, Scorpions climb 150 places at 40 with… “Still Loving You” in their 40th week in the top 200 (1,562 sales), the song was number three in the first French singles chart (!) published on 4th November 1984.
“Try” is up ten places at number 42 for P!nk in its seventh week in the top 200. In its 10th week on the chart, “Coup De Coeur” climbs 19 places at 46 for Kenza Farah featuring Soprano, it’s the fourth top 50 hit for Kenza Farah, and the 10th for Soprano. Mylène Farmer falls 39 places with “A L’Ombre” in her third week in the top 200 (610 sales / -36%).
