In its seventh week on the chart, Adele‘s “Skyfall” stays at the top of the French singles chart for the third consecutive week (18,310 sales / -24%), “Someone Like You” was number one for four weeks from October to December 2011, will “Skyfall” equal it next week ? Stay tuned.
A former number one (for two weeks in October), PSY doesn’t move at two with “Gangnam Style” in his eighth week in the top 10 (17,255 sales / -4%). “One Day / Reckoning Song” is still at number three for Asaf Avidan & The Mojos in its ninth week in the top 10 (10,715 sales / -3%). Rihanna‘s “Diamonds” stays at four in its eighth week in the top 10 (10,442 sales / +0,3%).
In its 11th week on the chart (and its second in the top 10), “Girl On Fire” is up five places at number five for Alicia Keys featuring Nicki Minaj (5,393 sales / +43%). It’s the third top five hit for Alicia Keys, after “Fallin'” (in March 2002) and “No One” (in December 2007) both reached number five. “Girl On Fire” is the fourth top five hit for Nicki Minaj, “Where Them Girls At” (as a featured artist with David Guetta and Flo Rida) was number four in July 2011, “Give Me All Your Luvin'” (as a featured artist with Madonna and M.I.A.) reached number three in February, and her own “Starships” was number five in March and April.
“She Wolf (Falling To Pieces)” falls one place at six for David Guetta featuring Sia in its 13th week in the top 10 (4,863 sales / -23%). Emeli Sandé gets her first top 10 hit this week with “Read All About It (Pt. III)”, as it climbs five places at number seven in its 12th week in the top 200 (4,542 sales / +30%), “Next To Me” reached number 18 in July.
“Down The Road” is down two at number eight for C2C in its 11th week in the top 10, the song was at the top of the singles chart for one week in September. In its second week in the top 10, “Avec Toi” slips two places at nine for Axel Tony featuring Tunisiano. M. Pokora and Tal enter the top 10, as “Envole-Moi” is up a massive 11 places at number ten in its fifth week on the chart (4,038 sales). It’s M. Pokora‘s ninth top 10 hit, “Dangerous” (featuring Timbaland and Sebastian) was at the top for one week in March 2008. It’s the second top 10 hit for Tal, “Le Sens De La Vie” reached number four in March and April.
Two songs drop out of the top 10 this week. After two weeks in the top 10, “One More Night” is down five places at 14 for Maroon 5. Céline Dion‘s “Parler A Mon Père” falls seven at number 15 (3,492 sales / -15%), the song spent only one week in the top 10.
As you could watch the movie “Drive” on Canal + last week, Kavinsky‘s “Nightcall” climbs 16 places at 11 in its 59th week on the chart (3,824 sales), it reached number ten in February. “Memoria” is Indochine‘s 12th top 20 hit, as it’s the highest new entry at number 13 (3,590 sales), “Le Lac” was their last, at number 11 in December 2009, “J’Ai Demandé A La Lune” was number one for a week in July 2002.
Bruno Mars gets his fifth top 20 hit, as “Locked Out Of Heaven” is up nine places at 17 in its seventh week in the top 200 (2,866 sales). “Young, Wild & Free” (as a featured artist with Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa) was number six in January, his own “Grenade” reached number seven in February and March 2011. “Hallelujah” climbs five at number 18 for Bastian Baker in its fourth week on the chart (2,771 sales / +10%).
“Coup De Coeur” is up 23 places at number 23 for Kenza Farah featuring Soprano in its 11th week in the top 200 (2,204 sales), it’s the fourth top 30 hit for Kenza Farah, and the 10th for Soprano. In his fifth week on the chart, Johnny Hallyday climbs 39 at number 26 with “L’Attente” (2,197 sales / +105%).
“Some Nights” is up a massive 81 places at number 37 for fun. in its 12th week on the chart (1,511 sales), their song “We Are Young” (featuring Janelle Monáe) reached number seven in October. Ke$ha‘s “Die Young” enters the top 50 this week, as it climbs 23 places at number 40 in its eighth week in the top 200 (1,447 sales). Her song “TiK ToK” was number one for two weeks in February 2010.
