“Uptown Funk!” is still the best-selling song in France for the fourth consecutive week for Mark Ronson featuring Bruno Mars in its seventh week inside the top 10 (6,000 sales / -37%), but we can notice two new contenders for the top spot : taken from the soundtrack to the movie La Famille Bélier, Louane‘s “Je Vole” moves up two places at two in its fourth week inside the ten best-sellers (3,600 sales / -25%), and Hozier‘s “Take Me To Church” jumps from ten to number four in its fourth week in the top 10 (3,300 sales / -3%).
Between them, “Dangerous” is down one place at three for David Guetta featuring Sam Martin in its 14th week inside the top 10 (3,500 sales / -45%). The song was Number One for six non-consecutive weeks from October to December. Another former chart-topper, Sia‘s “Chandelier” is back up two at number five in its 33rd week inside the ten best-selling songs (2,900 sales / -26%).
In his 14th week in the top 10, Kendji Girac slips one place at six with “Andalouse” (2,800 sales / -40%). It’s also down one at number seven for The Avener‘s “Fade Out Lines” in its 16th week inside the top 10 (2,500 sales / -39%). Lilly Wood & The Prick And Robin Schulz fall five places at eight with “Prayer In C (Robin Schulz Remix)” in their 28th week inside the ten best-sellers (2,300 sales / -52%).
“Fresh Prince” (featuring Uncle Phil) is Soprano‘s third top 10 hit, as it climbs two at number nine in its 17th week on the chart (2,200 sales). “Saint Claude” moves back up two places at ten for Christine And The Queens in its second week in the top 10 (2,100 sales).
Two songs drop out of the top 10 this week. Is “Happy” out of the ten best-sellers for good ? Pharrell Williams‘ worldwide hit is down five at number 13 after 37 non-consecutive weeks inside the top 10 (1,700 sales / -54%). Emma Louise also falls five places at 14 with “Jungle” in her 20th week on the chart (1,700 sales / -50%). She reached number three in December.
In their 11th week inside the 200 best-sellers, Timmy Trumpet & Savage climb nine at number twelve with “Freaks” (1,800 sales). It’s also up nine places at 15 for Black M with “Je Garde Le Sourire” in his 12th week on the chart. Will the song be his fourth solo top 10 hit ? Stay tuned.
It’s a very good week for Christine And The Queens, she owns two songs in the top 20 as “Christine” jumps from 25 to number 17 in its 16th week on the chart (1,500 sales). “Sun Goes Down” moves up eleven at number 22 for Robin Schulz featuring Jasmine Thompson in its 14th week inside the top 200.
Charli XCX gets her fourth top 30 hit in France as “Break The Rules” climbs a massive 18 places at 23 in its sixth week on the chart. Sam Smith is back up 14 at number 25 with “Stay With Me” in his 33rd week inside the 200 best-sellers. The song peaked at six in September. His “I’m Not The Only One” moves up 13 places at 36 in its 12th week on the chart.
“Blank Space” gives Taylor Swift her fifth top 30 hit, as it jumps from 40 to number 30 in its tenth week in the top 200. “Love Story” (in July and August 2009) and “I Knew You Were Trouble.” (in May 2013) both reached number 14. Kendji Girac‘s “Elle M’A Aimé” climbs 21 places at 38 in its ninth week on the chart. Ed Sheeran gets his fourth top 40 hit in France as “Thinking Out Loud” is up nine at number 39 in its 14th week inside the top 200. “Sing” is his only top 10 hit, it was number five in June.
