“Uptown Funk!” is for the second consecutive week the best-selling song in France for Mark Ronson featuring Bruno Mars in its fifth week inside the top 10 (8,200 sales / +12%). There is no change also at number two for David Guetta featuring Sam Martin with “Dangerous” in their 12th week inside the ten best-sellers (7,600 sales / +23%).
In its 19th week on the chart (and 12th in the top 10), Kendji Girac‘s “Andalouse” gets its peak position as it moves up one place at three (5,500 sales / +28%). Incredible : Sia climbs four at number four with “Chandelier” in her 31st week inside the top 10. It’s down two places at five for Emma Louise with “Jungle” in her seventh week inside the ten best-selling songs (4,800 sales / -6%).
Louane‘s version of Michel Sardou‘s “Je Vole” is up one at number six in its second week on the chart (4,232 sales / +21%). It’s taken from the soundtrack to the movie La Famille Bélier. In its 40th week in the top 200, The Avener‘s “Fade Out Lines” moves back up four places at seven.
Mariah Carey gets her tenth top 10 hit with a brand new song… the 1994 classic “All I Want For Christmas Is You” enters the top 10 for the first time as it jumps from 14 to number eight in its 16th week on the chart (3,700 sales / +48%). Her highest-charting song in France is “Without You” which spent five consecutive weeks at two in September and October 1994.
In its 26th week inside the top 10, “Prayer In C (Robin Schulz Remix)” falls four places at nine for Lilly Wood & The Prick And Robin Schulz (3,700 sales / +3%). After a four-week absence, Soprano‘s “Cosmo” is back inside the top 10 as it climbs ten at number 10 in its 20th week on the chart (3,400 sales). It reached number five in October.
Three songs drop out of the top 10 this week. “Saint Claude” slips one place at eleven for Christine And The Queens in its 31st week inside the 200 best-sellers. After two weeks in the top 10, Hozier‘s “Take Me To Church” moves down three at number twelve. In his ninth week on the chart, Josef Salvat falls nine places at 15 with “Diamonds”. The song was number two in November and spent six weeks inside the top 10.
Taylor Swift is up seven at number 17 with “Shake It Off” in her 19th week inside the 200 best-sellers. It’s a great week for Black M as he owns two songs in this week’s top 20 : “Je Ne Dirai Rien” (featuring The Shin Sekai & Doomams) climbs eight places at 18 in its 31st week on the chart (2,600 sales), and his former Number One “Sur Ma Route” moves up nine at number 19 in its 40th week in the top 200 (2,500 sales). In its 35th week on the chart, Coldplay‘s “A Sky Full Of Stars” jumps from 25 to number 20 (2,500 sales).
Joe Cocker sadly passed away on Monday 22nd, and he has three songs in this week’s top 50 as his version of “With A Little Help From My Friends” re-enters at 29 (2,000 sales), “Unchain My Heart” is also a re-entry at number 39 (1,400 sales / it peaked at 25 in April 1988), and “You Can Leave Your Hat On” is new at 48 (1,200 sales). “N’Oubliez Jamais” is his only top 10 hit, it reached number ten in October 1997.
It’s a disappointing second week for Madonna‘s new songs. She only has two of them in this week’s top 100 as “Living For Love” falls 16 at number 66 (900 sales / -10%), and “Devil Pray” moves down a massive 30 places at 92 (600 sales / -25%).
