Despite the arrival of a new big contender for the top spot, OMI spends a fourth consecutive week at the top of the French singles chart with “Cheerleader (Felix Jaehn Remix)” in his fifth week inside the top 10 (7,900 sales / -4%). The new big contender is “See You Again” by Wiz Khalifa featuring Charlie Puth. The song taken from the soundtrack to Furious 7 moves up a massive 33 places at number two in its second week on the chart (6,600 sales / +450%). It gives Wiz Khalifa his first top five hit in France, “Young, Wild & Free” (with Snoop Dogg featuring Bruno Mars) peaked at six in January 2012.
In its third week inside the ten best-sellers, “Lean On” slips one at number three for Major Lazer featuring DJ Snake & MØ (5,800 sales / +16%). It’s up one place at four for Louane with “Avenir” in her tenth week in the top 10 (3,400 sales / -6%). Another former chart-topper, “Uptown Funk!” moves down one at number five for Mark Ronson featuring Bruno Mars in its 20th week inside the top 10 (3,400 sales / -13%).
Marina Kaye gets closer to the top five, as “Homeless” climbs one place at six in its second week inside the ten best-selling songs (3,400 sales / -3%). Ellie Goulding‘s “Love Me Like You Do” is down one at number seven in its eighth week in the top 10 (3,100 sales / -14%). Rihanna falls five places at eight with “Bitch Better Have My Money” in her third week inside the top 10 (2,900 sales / -36%).
In its 12th week on the chart, Zara Larsson‘s “Uncover” enters the top 10 as it jumps from eleven to number nine (2,900 sales). It’s also up two places at ten for Kygo featuring Conrad with “Firestone” in their 12th week in the top 200.
Three songs drop out of the top 10 this week. “Are You With Me” slips two at number eleven for Lost Frequencies in its 14th week inside the 200 best-sellers. The song reached number four in February and March. After ten weeks in the top 10, “Christine” moves down two places at twelve for Christine And The Queens. Last week’s number eight, Céline Dion‘s “Pour Que Tu M’Aimes Encore” is out of the top 200.
Ariana Grande is back up four places at 13 with “One Last Time” in her eighth week on the chart. The song was her first top 10 hit, peaking at number ten in March. In its fourth week inside the top 200, “Conmigo” jumps from 23 to number 18 for Kendji Girac. The Avener‘s “Fade Out Lines” moves up seven places at 19 in its 55th week on the chart.
It’s a good week for Louane, her “Jour 1” climbs nine at number 22 in its 32nd week inside the 200 best-sellers. “I’m Not Rich” is up seven places at 25 for The King’s Son featuring Blacko in its tenth week on the chart.
Martin Solveig & GTA jump from 38 to number 27 with “Intoxicated” in their sixth week in the top 200. It gives Martin Solveig his first top 30 hit since 2011 when “Ready 2Go” (featuring Kele) was number 20 in June. In its ninth week on the chart, David Guetta‘s “Hey Mama” (featuring Nicki Minaj & Afrojack) moves up nine places at 28.
“Want To Want Me” gives Jason Derulo his eighth top 40 hit in France, as it climbs eight at number 34 in its fifth week inside the top 200. A former Number One in the U.K., “King” is up a massive 23 places at 40 for Years & Years in its eighth week on the chart.
